Job Description: We have plenty of on going work for class 2 and class 1 HGV drivers at one of our clients based out of Newton Abbot, The work is regular and shift times vary from week to week.
The type of work is nice change from doing multidrop work as most of the routes tend to be long distance runs with plenty of hours included in a shift. So if you like long distance drives then this job is certainly for you!
Start times could be as early as 04:30 or even as late as 22:00! So flexibility would be desired.
Job requirements.
A full and valid Category C (Class 2) licence with an in date CPC and digi cards are required with no more than 6 points & no DR, DD or IN convictions for insurance purposes.
Although previous lorry driving experience is beneficial, training will also be provided for the right candidate. If you are new to this type of driving then we can provide you with the vital commercial experience required when looking for a full time job.What Driver Hire can offer you.
