Job Description: We are recruiting for warehouse/forklift drivers for our client based in a factory on the outskirts of Diss.
We have both day and night shifts available with immediate starts. These roles will run up to Christmas with the potential for a permanent role at the end.
You will be required to ensure that all products are successfully and efficiently picked/dispatched on time. You will be working in a constructive manner safely and effectively with other dispatch staff. You will need to report to the dispatch supervisor regarding daily orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are picked accurately/on time and documented correctly, checking products are correctly dated, checking products are at the correct temperature, checking that the quality of the products meet the required standard, and reporting any problems regarding quality of products to the dispatch supervisor. You will also be required to make sure that all chill and cold stores are clean and tidy throughout the day, undertake gas flushing operations including the setup of the machine as required by the dispatch supervisor, carry out Forklift Truck operating work to the latest regulations when unloading and to undertake any other duties as required by the client.
This role is working in a chilled environment where full PPE will be supplied. Counter balance licence required
